Refund policy
- No changes or returns will be accepted after fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Only products that have not been washed, worn, or altered (e.g., stains, odors, etc.) will be accepted.
- Returned items must have the original tag attached and be returned in their original packaging. Items without tags or without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Returned products must be in optimal condition to allow future resale.
- We reserve the right to reject exchanges or returns of items that do not comply with our hygiene and health standards, or that compromise their future resale.
- For purchases within Metropolitan Lima, we will collect the items the customer wishes to exchange or return at no cost.
- For purchases outside Lima, the customer must cover the shipping cost to return the items to our warehouse.
- Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, if the exchange or return request is not approved, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the items.
- Refunds are processed within five (5) business days after the return is approved. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund may appear in the account between ten (10) and fifteen (15) business days after it is issued.
- A maximum of one (1) exchange per purchased item will be allowed.
