Welcome to Peruvians Do It Better, operated by We Do It Better S.A.C., identified by RUC No. 20612854760, with its registered address in Lima, Peru.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. PRODUCTS

We offer apparel and accessories, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and surf ponchos. All images are for reference purposes only and may present slight variations.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are expressed in Soles (PEN) and include applicable taxes (IGV), unless otherwise indicated.

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Other methods enabled on Shopify

3. SHIPPING

We only ship within Peru via Shalom.

Estimated times:

  • Lima: 24–48 hours
  • Provinces: 48–72 hours

These times are for reference only and may vary due to external factors.

4. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: up to 14 calendar days from delivery
  2. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and unstained
  3. Must retain original tags

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for size or product are permitted

Returns:

  • Accepted only if the product meets the aforementioned conditions

5. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product has manufacturing defects or an incorrect product was sent:

  • The customer must report it with evidence
  • A replacement at no additional cost will be offered

This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571).

6. USER ACCOUNTS

Users may create an account or purchase as guests.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including:

  • “Peruvians Do It Better” brand
  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Photographs

Is the property of We Do It Better S.A.C. and is protected by Peruvian law.

8. PROMOTIONS

Promotions and discounts may be subject to specific conditions and limited availability.

9. LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Delays attributable to third parties (courier)
  • Improper use of products

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lima.

12. COMPLAINTS BOOK

In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, we have a Virtual Complaints Book at your disposal. The response time is 15 business days.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data provided by the user will be incorporated into our "Clients" database, registered with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

The user authorizes the processing of their data to: (i) manage their registration as a user on the website, (ii) process product purchases, (iii) manage shipment of orders through third-party logistics providers, (iv) issue electronic payment receipts, (v) provide support and customer service, and (vi) comply with applicable legal obligations.
