Shipping
When will my order arrive?

You may select one of the following shipping options for Metropolitan Lima:

(a)  1-2 Day Delivery (S/ 12): You will receive your order one to two business days after making the purchase.

(b)  Same-Day Delivery (S/ 20): You will receive your order the same day between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm (by placing your order before 11:00 am the same day).

(c)  Free Delivery: If your order is over S/ 200, shipping is free. You will receive your order two days after making the purchase (applies only to Metropolitan Lima).

* Deliveries are Monday through Friday (business days, excluding holidays)

* For orders paid for on Fridays after 11:00 am, the shipping date will be Monday.

* Deliveries outside of Metropolitan Lima arrive in 5-10 business days (S/ 20)
Do you ship throughout Peru?

Yes! We provide coverage throughout Peru.

Metropolitan Lima: 1-2 business days

Provinces: 5-10 business days

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. In case you wish to return or exchange a product, please write to us.

Remember that the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been washed. For more information: Return Policy.
How do I make a return or exchange?

How much does an exchange or return cost?

It's free in Metropolitan Lima! We will take care of picking up the product you want to return.

For provinces, you only need to cover the cost of bringing the items back to our warehouses in Metropolitan Lima.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, etc.).

• PagoEfectivo: Bank transfers and deposits.

Clothing
Can I put it in the washer and dryer?

Yes, you can! We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Please refer to the label for more care information.
Will my clothes shrink?

Cotton tends to shrink slightly with the heat of the dryer. However, our patterns are structurally developed to compensate for this effect and maintain the correct size. We recommend tumble drying on low heat.
